This 1981 Yamaha L15A features a dreadnoughtstyle body, solid white spruce top and Indian Rosewood back and sides. Condition is excellent with some expected signs of use. A very serious and great sounding instrument, has a wide 44, 5mm (1 34 ) nutwidth making it ideally suitable for both strumming and fingerpicking.

Feb 20, 2009 I found, and bought a 1978 Yamaha L5A and am frankly just awestruck by the sound of the guitar. After playing the Yamaha and the Martin Side by Side, I find that the Yamaha is very close in tone. It is every bit as deep, but the mids are not quite as pronounced (close though).
